Trade Winds NZ stands by the quality of its products and will endeavour make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.The vast majority of orders at Trade Winds NZ are delivered without a hitch, but understandably from time-to-time things go wrong and you may need to arrange a return. This page should help you determine what's covered.
The item I received is not the item I ordered
Provided the item is unopened and in unused condition Trade Winds NZ replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item to Trade Winds NZ. As this is our mishap, Trade Winds NZ will send you a courier bag to return your item. Once Trade Winds NZ has received your returned item Trade Winds NZ will process your refund or replace the item within 2–3 days.
The item I ordered arrived is faulty
Please contact Trade Winds NZ to return the item for testing. Once confirmed that the item is faulty out of the box, your item will be repaired or replaced by Trade Winds NZ free of charge. A refund may also be offered in some circumstances.
The item I ordered did not arrive
Please allow for up to one week from payment for your item to arrive.If your item has not arrived please contact Trade Winds to track the item.
Regrettably, neither Trade Winds NZ nor New Zealand Post are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being delivered to your property. If you are concerned about leaving your items un-attended we recommend using the “signature required” option that is presented in the Checkout.
I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered
Change of mind returns can be processed within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened and in unused/new condition. We will not offer a refund for change of mind circumstances, however we are happy to offer a credit to spend with Trade Winds NZ. The shipping for the return will also be at the cost of the buyer.
